The Seattle Tacoma Area Rainbow Scuba Divers Club (STARS)
has been quietly making waves in the Pacific Northwest since its founding
by Seattle resident Steve Bingham in the mid 1990s. The club is one of
several African-American diving clubs across the U.S. and internationally.
